Individual counseling is basically a collaborative effort between you and your therapist, counselor or life coach. Our goal is to provide an open, supportive, and confidential environment for you to address the issues that are concerning you.
Who can benefit from individual counseling?
Just about anyone can benefit. No problem is too big or small. Listed below are just a few examples of some common concerns which bring people to Research West BHS.
Is individual Counseling beneficial for everyone?
At Research West BHS our therapy, counseling and life coaching are beneficial and therapeutic for a number of issues that can help you to get back on track. However, there are some conditions in which we would strongly encourage you to seek longer term treatment that may involve a 30 day program. After an initial consultation we can provide some recommendations for other services and programs that might benefit you as well. Our main concern is that you get the proper help you need at the correct level of care.
